Few simple steps to make your Battery last longer!

Are you fed up with your android's battery?!! Does your android devices consume a lot of energy and you just can figure what it is that is .. Discover the different ways on maintaining your android phone battery to make it last much longer.
Here is a retouch to our previous blog how-to-increase-your-android-battery  in this blog I will explain the tips to make you understand how to make your battery last longer. As you know an android phone or tablet is just like a min computer with lots of data processing .so here are the ways how you can actually save upto 50% of your battery !

1-Become a Night crawler!

Turn the brightness settings down on your phone. Most of your phone’s battery drain is from running the screen. On any phone, set the screen to turn off after 30 seconds. The light of and android is one of the most battery consumer because the light is generated from the power from battery & is not something you can avoid. Some Android phones comes with a brightness controller so you can dim the light on the screen as this will help in reducing the rate at which the battery drains.

If your device has an AMOLED screen, always use a black background. AMOLED screens can reduce power usage sevenfold by displaying black instead of white or any other color. When searching on your phone you can also use Black Google Mobile at bGoog.com to get standard Google results (including images) all in black.

2-Shut down the vibration..shhh..

The vibration of a phone actually consumer more battery than a normal ringtone of your phone and that also applies to that of an android device so do not use vibrate as your tune or together with your ringing tone (that makes it worse) or even as an alert for apps or message as it consumers battery in a large volume. So turn off all Vibrate alert on the android phone or tablet to actually make it last longer.so Whenever possible, switch your phone to silent instead.

3-Close all background app's.

Exit all apps especially when you are not using them at that moment. So as to save your android battery exit the apps that you are not using. If u not sure of the app's that are consuming battery just restart !

4-Ditch Bluetooth, GPS and Wi-Fi unless you're using them.

Switch off wi-fi, Bluetooth, and GPS unless you need them. This will immediately add about a third to your battery life. Lots of people leave them on all the time. On both iPhone and Android, controls to do this are easily accessed via phone menu.

5-Turn off the notification's.

As people nowadays are very figity,so you just keep checking your cell at regular interval.Android devices has so much notification from messages to alarm to even alerts from apps either for upgrade and so on, it's good but it also consumes a lot of your android phones battery, so if you can stop or minimize the notification do that as it will help in making the battery last longer.

6- Ad-free apps

Some apps actually put ads in the apps such as games, so when you are running or playing the game the ads pop up, this apps are also draining the apps because the takes power for the app to connect and pop up an ad. So you should always or should download ad-free apps to avoid the pop-up and to maintain your battery.

7- App/widget refresh frequency

There are some apps which also request thereby connecting to the internet every time such as facebook, twitter, RSS and so on, what you should do is to schedule a particular time the apps or widgets will refresh and to get updates. It can be once an hour, 2hours and so on. This is just to minimize the amount of sources soaking the battery.

8-Don’t charge your device to 100% power!!

“Battery memory” means that you should never run your battery empty - and avoid charging it to full. You should try to go from around 40 percent to around 80 percent in one go, and then back down whenever possible.its better to charge at regular intervals than going from 100 down to zero all the time.

9-Switch to power saving mode.

If you normally use your android device through out the day, you should then consider using the phone or tablet Power Saving mode as it helps in saving the battery level. For instance, power saving mode usually limits CPU use, reduces screen brightness, deactivates haptic feedback, disables data network when the screen is asleep, and lowers the brightness level of the browser’s background color.

10-Check your devices battery.

If your phone gets hot while you use it, it could be that your battery is on its last legs.So just take the back cover off and use it for a longer time.

11-Switch screensaver...

Don’t use animated screensavers. It even makes a difference to switch to a black, or dark, screen background so it doesn’t burn as much electricity when you’re in the menus.

12-The Airplane mode!!

The airplane mode is quiet the most useful trick to make your cell phones battery last longer. If you need the internet you can switch on to wi-fi and use the net saving a large amount of battery of your device. It's also good because in airplane mode your device charges with a greater speed than using it in general.

13-Use the power saver applications.

Power saving application's nowadays are being mostly used for better management of battery on your device. The ones I recommend are
1.Go Battery Saver & Widget
2.Advanced Mobile Care
3.Juice Defender & Battery SaverEasy Battery Saver
4.Du Battery Saver & Switch Widget
5.Battery by MacroPinch
6.NQ Easy Battery Saver
7.Battery Doctor (Battery Saver)
8.One Power Guard Pro(for rooted device's) to root your device you can read further on our blog rooting android device in simple steps!
