This is done in order to compete with Phablets from Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. It’s also Rumored that iPhone 6 will have a Curved Screen (Edge-to-Edge) made of Sapphire Crystal (Tougher than Concrete).

The Galaxy S5 may possess the Aluminum Chassis instead of its overused Polycarbonate Body. It’s Expected to have a 5” Screen with a Super AMOLED 4K Display.

Nexus 6 is likely to have the Same Design as of Nexus 5, but it might feature a Super LCD3, Full HD 5” Screen i.e. 2560 x 1440px resolution. The Major Rumor was that Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. Might Snatch Nexus Manufacturing Contract from LG Electronics to bring Nexus 6 with Full HD AMOLED, Edge-to-Edge Screen.

Operating System:

The iPhone 6 is likely to feature the revamped version of iOS7, maybe iOS 7.1 or iOS 8. It will have its New and Improved Mapping App.
Galaxy S5 is hoped to come in Two Versions, one with the Android 4.4 Kitkat and other with Tizen (The Korean Company is Also Developing its own OS called Tizen).
Nexus 6 may feature Android 4.5 Lollipop or Chrome OS. Some Phone Reviews State that Google May Merge Chrome OS with Android to form a Better OS for Nexus 6.
