The Membrane is Made up of thin, Circuit lines of Stretchable Material. This was made by Scientists at University of Illinois and Washington University. This Technology may Soon be Available for humans in Near 10 to 15 Years.
At this Point, this Membrane Fits only Rabbit's Heart. The Scientists Used a 3D Scanner and 3D Printer to Scan the Rabbits Heart and to Assemble the design they Wished to Make. When this Membrane was Made, Rabbit's Heart was Taken Out, and the Membrane was Fitted on the Rabbits Heart and then the Rabbits Heart Kept Beating at the Same Pace as it Should have Been.
John Rogers, Material Researcher at University of Illinois stated that this Technology is Just like A Natural Membrane added to The Heart and is not a Pacemaker. Its a big Advancement as the Circuits and Combinations of Sensors Continuously track The Motion of Tissues that Control Heart Movement.
